The Timbers at Clear Creek Board of Directors will be meeting on Monday, July 27, 6:30p, on Zoom. Meetings are open to all Timbers residents. The Board will be discussing the Association's financials, projects, and will field any residents' questions, comments, or concerns.

If you plan to attend the meeting and have an agenda item to discuss, please provide your Association Manager, Zach Salazar, with the details of the agenda item by emailing zsalazar@hasolutions.net to confirm attendance and receive the Zoom link.

Golf Cart Use

As a reminder, golf carts are permitted on certain public streets in Lenexa, but only under specific conditions set by city ordinance.

Key rules to know:

Golf carts may only operate on streets with a posted speed limit of 25 mph or less.
Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and carry insurance that meets Kansas minimum requirements.
Carts must be equipped with working headlights and taillights.
No reckless or careless driving is allowed.
Carts may not be driven on sidewalks, trails, recreation paths, or on state/federal highways.
Occupancy is limited to the number of factory-installed seats (bench seats max at 3 riders).
